As prissy as I can be, I also have hobbies and interests that are typically considered masculine. I am a fair archer and marks-woman. I enjoy soccer, football, hockey, and mixed martial arts. I can hold my own in debates regarding battlefield strategy, and I would dearly love to learn to fly an A-10 "Warthog".
As much as I love vintage photos and style, I also love the fact that as a modern woman I have the choice to wield a spatula and a rifle with equal skill - that feminine can be both pretty and strong.

Cool pictures...in fact, you have a very cool blog (and just in case you're wondering, I don't actually use that word very often!).

I like a few things also considered masculine. I used to be a very good marksman with a gun and I can watch football with the best of them. I always wonder where life would have taken me if I had been born a male.
Now THIS is my kind of woman. I'm still hacked about that scammer... I would take great comfort in packing some heat today.
So that's how you know Wayne Rooney! Mrs. Fox, I have a feeling you'd fit in here rather well!
I ride a street bike..and have also spent a fair bit of time helping monkey wrench my Sweetie's racing bikes... re-jetting carburetors in record time....
Haven't shot for a few years..but am an archer... barebow...(even medalled in Summer Games) back in the day.
As kids we were total tomboys. It carried over to jobs..I used to work in a plywood plant. Well..it paid twice as much as secretarial type jobs... so I was able to buy a zoomie sports car much sooner!
When we do our renos..I hammer and nail right along with anybody else...
like you say ... being able to wield a spatula as well as a gun is great fun...and gives you plenty of fodder for any conversation at a get together...
